Mike Kauffman, CEM is President of Facilities Consulting NW, LLC. Mike has over 25 years of facility management experience accumulated in a variety of capacities and industries.

Mike has implemented and managed facilities programs in numerous business sectors including corporate office, higher education, electronics manufacturing, brewing, dietary supplement, biotechnology, clinical research laboratories, data centers, and pulp and paper manufacturing.

Mike has significant project leadership experience in the design, construction, and startup of over 2M square feet of facilities with combined project costs over $120M. Additionally, he has overseen more than $50M worth of new equipment installation and qualification.

He uses this diverse experience to provide comprehensive facility business solutions for clients that are Reliable, Sustainable, and Profitable.
